Build information

Helpers are separate arm64 executables installed at Contents/Helpers/{ffmpeg,ffprobe}. They are not linked into the application binary. Codesigning for distribution changes Mach-O hashes; the unsigned checksums above match the reproducible helper outputs described in ffmpeg-build-manifest.json.
