FFmpeg / ffprobe license identification — Video Frame Extractor

The bundled ffmpeg and ffprobe helpers for Video Frame Extractor are built by
H61 Apps from the official FFmpeg 8.1.2 source release (unmodified; no local
patches) using the offline LGPL recipe shared with Artwork Extractor /
Subtitle Extractor.

Canonical binaries in this repository:
  ThirdParty/FFmpeg/bin/{ffmpeg,ffprobe}

Configuration intentionally omits:
  --enable-gpl
  --enable-nonfree
  external GPL encoder libraries (libx264, libx265, etc.)

License target for this build:
  LGPL-2.1-or-later (see LGPL-2.1.txt)

The application invokes ffmpeg and ffprobe as separate helper executables under
Contents/Helpers/. They are statically linked FFmpeg tools — not linked into the
application binary as a shared library.
