Verified from the shipped helper via `ffmpeg -buildconf` (see also
ThirdParty/FFmpeg/BUILD-INFO/ffmpeg-buildconf.txt and
ThirdParty/FFmpeg/BUILD-INFO/configure-command.txt).

The `--prefix` path above is the real staging prefix of the offline H61 LGPL build
that produced these exact binaries (originally staged in the Artwork Extractor
offline dist). It is reported verbatim rather than sanitized so the recorded
configure line matches the shipped helpers byte-for-byte.

Reproduce (sibling recipe): scripts/tools/Build-Offline-FFmpeg.sh in an H61
offline LGPL project. Video Frame Extractor adopts verified binaries rather than
rebuilding unless provenance fails verification.
