FFmpeg 8.1.2 — Metadata Inspector offline LGPL build

Verified from the shipped helper via `ffmpeg -buildconf` (see also
ThirdParty/FFmpeg/BUILD-INFO/ffmpeg-buildconf.txt).

Build prefix recorded in configure-command.txt reflects the offline H61 build
environment used for these helpers. Mach-O content hashes for Metadata Inspector
are pinned in ThirdParty/FFmpeg/BUILD-INFO/binary-checksums.sha256.

Reproduce: scripts/tools/Build-Offline-FFmpeg.sh in an H61 offline LGPL project.
Metadata Inspector adopts verified binaries rather than rebuilding unless
provenance fails verification.
