Runtime invocation:
  /usr/bin/perl with PERL5LIB pointing at the bundled lib/ directory when present.
  macOS provides Perl; this application does not redistribute the Perl interpreter.

Packaging modifications:
  - Installed under Resources/Tools/ExifTool/ (not Helpers/) for code-signing compatibility
  - Launcher shebang may be set to /usr/bin/perl for sandbox use
  - Read-only ExifTool arguments only; no tag writing

License (upstream wording):
  ExifTool is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the
  same terms as Perl itself (either the Perl Artistic License or GPL).

Bundled files include the upstream README and LICENSE from the 13.59 distribution.
