(same FFmpeg 8.1.2 source SHA as Subtitle-Extractor-macOS; Mach-O content
hashes differ between sibling rebuilds — Media Demuxer pins Artwork hashes).

Reproduce (sibling recipe): scripts/tools/Build-Offline-FFmpeg.sh in an H61
offline LGPL project. Media Demuxer Phase 7 adopts verified binaries rather
than rebuilding unless provenance fails verification.
